Shipping policy

Online orders generally ship within 48 business hours (Thursday-Monday) of purchase, meaning that we can have a 48 hour processing time. If an item has to be made, customer will be contacted within 48 business hours to confirm shipment date and order.  Please note that if you choose overnight or expedited shipping, you will need to allow for the "up to" 48 hour processing time ahead of that shipping.  

During the Holiday season we are doing our best to ship same and next day where possible. 

We highly recommend UPS as their pricing is now equal to or less than USPS.  We shipped a package to Midland Texas from Dallas, one with UPS and one with USPS Priority Mail. The Priority Mail didn't track the package for 2.5 days and then took another 2 days to arrive. UPS was cheaper by .20 and arrived next day with immediate tracking. 

In-Store Pick-up is available at our new location with VERY EASY parking.  We will also be open late on the 15th and 22nd for after work pick ups and / or shopping.
