Accentuate your favorite parts in a gentle, hydrating gold shimmer with NOTO's Glow Stick. 

Designed to melt into your skin, this glaze-like textured formula leaves a soft wash of color that can be applied to any skin tone.

This product can be applied into hair to add a subtle gold shimmer, or used against the eyebrows as a golden brow wax. Add a luxurious pop of color around your eyelids and against your collar bones, or use this underneath a light foundation as a golden primer.

APPLY

• Draw on with the slim stick applicator and use a clean finger or brush to blend in.
